Do I need finished artwork to get started?
No. A logo, a reference image or simply an idea is a good starting point. We can discuss the design direction and what artwork is needed for your project.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and production method. Share your approximate quantity and we will confirm the suitable options and any minimums in your quotation.
How far ahead should I order?
The earlier the better, especially for a new custom design. Ironcrest Medals does not provide a single standard turnaround because design, production and shipping requirements vary by project. Share your needed-by date at the start so we can confirm suitable options and timing in your quotation.
Can I see the design before production?
Yes. Artwork and quoted specifications are reviewed before production. The scope of proofs or physical samples, where available, is agreed for your project.
What determines the price?
Product type, quantity, dimensions, design detail, finish, ribbons, packaging and shipping all affect the quote. We confirm the applicable costs and payment stages before an order proceeds.
